1. Does it cost anything to join?
No. This site is completely free to everyone. You will never be asked to pay for access to any part of this site.

2. Does it cost anything to view others information?
No, absolutely not. This site is funded by sponsors who see this as an important tool for friends to find friends. You will never be asked to pay for access to any part of this site.

3. Will you give out/sell my information to other companies?
No. The creators of AlumniExplorer.com hate junk mail just as much as you do, so we will never give out any personal information unless you authorize us to do so, as stated in our privacy policy.

4. The person I am trying to contact doesn't have their email listed. Will AlumniExplorer.com give it to me?
Unfortunately, no. Although AlumniExplorer.com is committed to giving you the best experience possible and hopes you can contact all of your old friends, if the person who has signed up did not give us permission to display the email address, we will not give it out. You can however leave a message for them in our mail system for the next time they log in.

5. Why is my school not listed?
When AlumniExplorer.com was being constructed we gathered school information from many sources. Although the database started with nearly 20,000 schools, many private schools or schools built after 1998 were not included. When a user signs up, they are given the chance to add their school to our database. If a school is not listed, it is because no one from that school has joined AlumniExplorer.com, yet.

6. Does this site use cookies?
Yes. This site uses cookies extensively for the purpose of keeping track of your user information while you are logged into the site. This is the only reason cookies are used at AlumniExplorer.com and they are never used for advertising or any other purpose, as we explain in our privacy policy. For this reason, your browser must support cookies and you must have cookies enabled in order to use this site. All cookies are deleted as soon as you log out.
